Terms and Conditions for placing an ad on www.pgcchomes.com

• The charge for a “for sale” ad is $30 for the life of the ad.
• The charge for a “for rent” ad is $30 for a 1 year term.
• Price changes on an ad are free for the life of the ad.  All other changes to the listing will incur an additional charge of $30.

• Each ad will consist of up to 3 pictures per ad, picture to be in digital form and attached to the emailed text.
• Picture quality: Picture size to be no smaller than 640x480 pixels
• The web site administrator may reject an ad request based on picture quality.
• Digital photography service can be requested for an additional charge of $30 per trip.
• Once the ad is live, the owner/realtor will be notified and must approve the ad. 
• Once the ad is approved, an invoice will be sent, and payment is due upon receipt.
• Payment must be received within 15 days of the ad being posted.
